Adamo Estate Winery
Winery / Italian farm-to-table
Mono
Twenty-five years ago, Italian-born owner Mario Adamo had a hunch that the Hockley Valley hills might be grape country. He was right. Adamo now grows 28,000 biodynamic vines across 77 acres with real character in every bottle. The food is Italian — gnocchi, risotto, bruschetta. This summer, stay for alfresco movie nights in the vines. One of Dufferin County’s most special experiences.

Lumbersnacks Bakehouse
Artisan Bakery
East Garafraxa
A British couple relocated from England to Marsville and brought something Dufferin County didn’t have: Deluxe New York Style cookies with deep-filled centres sourced straight from the UK, plus cruffins — the croissant-muffin hybrid best enjoyed warm with a scoop of ice cream. Everything is made with a very specific level of obsession. The brick-and-mortar on County Road 3 opened in 2025 and is now welcoming walk-ins. Also found at the Kitchener Market on Saturdays.
