- Reservation-based timed entry through CVC ParkPass — a different system from Ontario Parks, and the passes are not interchangeable.
- Small parking lot. Autumn weekends fill early.
- No picnicking. No drones.
Fifteen minutes from Orangeville and one of the genuinely great short drives in the region.
The 1908 suspension bridge over the falls is the most photographed structure around here, and deservedly. Beyond it: the falls themselves, a man-made “Yellowstone” cave, limestone cliffs, the Belle fountain the village is named for, a fox statue, and the Credit River running through all of it.
Trails: Gorge, Riverside, Bide-a-Wee and Trimble. None of them are long — this is a place you walk slowly rather than cover ground.
Getting in
Seasonal, running roughly late April to late October, on timed entry booked through CVC ParkPass. It’s a different booking system from the Ontario Parks sites, and a CVC pass won’t get you into Cheltenham Badlands either. See park permits for how each one works.
The parking lot is small. On an October Saturday it goes early.
No picnicking and no drones — both are rules, not suggestions.
