Boyne Valley Provincial Park

A non-operating provincial park, which in practice means hiking trails and no facilities of any kind — no washrooms, no water, no staff, no gate. Free to walk in.

The Bruce Trail runs through the park to an excellent lookout at the north end, where the Boyne River slices through the Orangeville and Singhampton moraines. It’s a genuinely good piece of geology and almost nobody is ever there.

Fishing is permitted. Hunting is prohibited.
