Orangeville's Parks
Over 35 parks in town. Kay Cee Gardens for shade and December lights, Fendley and Harvey Curry for splash pads, Lynn Gibson for the view over Island Lake.

Orangeville maintains over 35 parks. These are the ones worth a detour.
- Kay Cee Gardens, 29 Bythia Street — shaded and central, and the site of the Christmas in the Park lights display every night in December.
- Alexandra Park — mature shade, and home to Theatre Orangeville’s KidsFEST in August.
- Fendley Park and Harvey Curry Park — splash pads.
- Monora Park, 500 Monora Pk Dr, Mono (~7 min) — multi-use walking and ski trails, picnic shelter, gazebo, open playing field and the Monora Park Pavilion. It’s behind the Volkswagen dealership on the west side of Highway 10, which is why people miss it. In winter it’s the home of Mono Nordic Ski Club.
- Lynn Gibson Park, Mono — 18 acres overlooking Island Lake, with a multi-age play structure, a regulation beach volleyball court and tennis courts (court pass required).
Important: Lynn Gibson Park is not an access point to Island Lake Conservation Area, and parking there for any other purpose is prohibited.
Indoors
The Alder Recreation Centre (two ice pads, pool, indoor walking track with ten murals) and the Tony Rose Memorial Sports Centre (two ice pads, banquet hall). Drop-in schedules are published on the Town’s site.
